Who greets them with sweets on a gold-plated tray?
I know what you're thinking: Being a maid must be a horrible job!
Who wants to spend every day cleaning up after someone else? Especially when that someone happens to have the largest mansion in all of Zoo City, with more luxurious rooms than a 5-star hotel? Not me, that's for sure! But luckily, I don't. You see, I'm not just any old maid. I work for the Fabulous Fox-Rats! Not only are they incredibly rich and famous movie stars, but they are also the kindest , most generous bosses you could ever imagine. They treat everyone who works for them like family. Yes, Flynn and Fiona Fox-Rat have been so good to me from the very beginning. I was just a young actress, struggling to make it in the tough world of show biz. I met them while working as an extra on one of their films, "A Love Song From Mars." I'm sure you've heard of it. Who hasn't? Maybe you even saw me in it! Remember that one scene in the Red Clay Cafe? (Spoiler alert: It's the scene where the astronaut tells the martian girl that he loves her and has decided not to go back to Earth after all). Well, if you look very closely, I'm the waitress walking by with the dessert tray right before they kiss. How romantic! So anyway, they just loved how well I carried that dessert tray, and they offered me a job right on the spot! At first, I didn't want to take it, since I didn't want any distractions from my acting. But then they said all I would have to do is answer their door and greet their guests with a tray full of treats. Seriously, that's my only job! How great is that? And to top it all off, they also gave me my very own personal assistant. My own maid, if you will. How crazy that even the maid has a maid! Yeah, I could definitely get used to this lifestyle. Just wait, soon you'll be seeing my name up there on the marquee...right next to The Fabulous Fox-Rats, of course! Ciao for now! -Sadie
